Rangoli and Diya Making Competition

The feast of Diwali fills the mind of each students and other people with lots of joy and happiness because it is the feast of lights. People decorate their houses with variety of lights. It is the feast which dispels the darkness. Keeping this sentiments in the mind, the rangoli  and   diya making competition was held in the school for the students. The students were divided into groups to make the rangoli in different themes. The students were asked to bring the material by their own. The students participated in the competition actively. Many group of students had very attractive presentation. They came out with very good ideas and creative thoughts. Likewise, many students participated in Diya making competition. They brought their diya from their own home and colored it with different color items. It was very nice to see different types of diya. After making, all the diyas were arranged nicely in the class room and kept for few days. Many parents came and saw it.
